At Tiki's Pet Portraits, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options in the event of an issue with your order.

Eligibility for Refund:

Due to the custom nature of our pet portraits, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged. Each portrait is individually crafted and personalized, making it unique to your specifications. As such, once the final product is shipped, it is considered non-refundable.

Customized Pet Portrait Art:

Custom pet portraits are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature. However, we offer unlimited revisions before the portrait is shipped, ensuring you are fully satisfied with the artwork before it is finalized. Once the portrait has been shipped, we cannot offer any further changes or refunds, except in cases where the physical product arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tikipetportraits@gmail.com with photos of the damage, including both the item and the packaging. We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns Process:

We do not accept returns for any non-damaged items, as all products are custom-made. If your item is damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team at tikipetportraits@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damage.
  3. We will review the case and provide instructions for either a replacement or a refund.

Refund Processing for Damaged Items:

Once we confirm the damage, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
